Shared Album Saver is designed to run locally on your iPhone. This policy describes the intended landing-page and app behavior for the initial release.
Website analytics
The landing site uses self-hosted Plausible to count page views, App Store link clicks, and privacy link clicks. The app itself does not upload photos or send photo-library analytics.
Photo metadata
The app uses local metadata from the Photos library only to compare Shared Album items with your personal library.
No account
Shared Album Saver does not require a cloud account, password, or server-side user profile.
Permissions
Full Photos Access is requested because Limited Photos Access can prevent a complete comparison.
Apple Shared Album limits
Imported Shared Album items may not contain the same information or quality as the original files.
